The ultra-lightweight Drirelease fabric is made of 89% recycled polyester and 11% organic cotton (so it's super soft). The source of these fibers can be from recycled clothes or other materials like PET bottles. The majority of the time, recycled polyester is used in garments, which has many benefits in terms of reducing CO2 emissions and water use. Compared to virgin polyester, mechanically recycled polyester produces 32% less CO2 emissions and 94% less water use.
